The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-ins from midnight to 07:00 have a surcharge of EUR 30. Fees to be paid upon arrival. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 150€ included.
