A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals from 22:00 until 00:00 and EUR 30 from 00:00 until 07:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
