When travelling with pets, please note that a double damage deposit per cleaning and security purposes, the fee will be refund in 14 days up to check out.
If the arrival time agreed with the agent is not met and the agent is forced to return, a travel surcharge, equivalent to the Late Check-in, will be charged as stipulated above.
