You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A $1000 security deposit hold must be authorized only with a credit card prior arrival. It will be released 5 business days after the check out day pending that there are no damages to the property. Online registration must be completed online via a secure link. A copy of your government-issued photo ID after booking will be required. As this is not a hotel, there is no staff on site. It is a self-check-in process.
