Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. This is a licensed holiday home by DTCM. It is not a hotel or Hotel apartment. A passport copy is required for each guest before arrival to allow time to coordinate access approval from the community security office. Please note that if guests' check-in / out timing is between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM, there will be an additional charge of USD 27 or AED 100. Complimentary (once a week) housekeeping that includes cleaning, bed linen and towel change. Any more housekeeping services required will be available at an added charge. A damage deposit of AED 2000 is required on arrival. That's about 544.49USD. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
