This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Early check-ins are allowed before 3pm if the calendar is available - the additional cost to be paid is EUR 15 (modalities will be communicated). A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after 20:00, a surcharge of EURO 40 applies for arrivals after 23:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorisation by the cardholder must be submitted when booking. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in.
