Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children from 3 years old to 12 years old stay for € 20 per person per night when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Kotoranta in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included. Guests can bring their own, or rent on-site for 14 EUR per set per person, please inform us in advance. Please note that the final cleaning is not included. Guests can clean before check-out or pay a cleaning fee of 100 EUR, please inform us in advance.
