This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform La Grande Ourse in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests can rent them for EUR 12 per person (bed linen) and EUR 8 per person (towels), or they can bring their own. Extra fee for pets is EUR 7.5 per night, and a maximum of 2 pets can be accommodated. Please note that the energy is not included in the rate and will be deduced according consumption from the deposit.
