All children are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 6. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Welkeys - République Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that upon reservation guests will receive a check-in form and a link in order to pay the deposit. If you are unable to use the link, your bank details will be requested on arrival. Please note that the property applies the following additional fees: - EUR 22 for late check-in from 21:00 to 00:00 - EUR 20 for early check-out from 06:00 to 08:00 - EUR 10 for arrivals and departures on Sundays or bank holidays - EUR 44 for arrivals and departures between 00:00 and 06:00 Fees are cumulative and are payable in cash on arrival. All requests for late check-in must be confirmed in advance by the property.
