Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note there is a 1.5% debit card and credit card surcharge for all payments. In response to a rise in fraudulent bookings, we require our guests to check in by presenting their photo ID along with the card used for original payment.
