Smoking/party evidence will result in stay termination and 200 USD fee. A picture of National Identification Document or Passport must be sent before check in date for security purposes. Any damage or missing items to the property may be discounted from guests CC if its not payed by the guest 5 day after the damage is detected and informed to him.
