Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for THB 500 per person per stay when using an available cot. People no matter the age stay for THB 1,000 per person per stay when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Lily pool villa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of THB 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB 6 per unit. The amount will be deducted from the security deposit paid at the end of the guest stay. Cleaning services and towel change will be provided once every 3 days, while bed sheets will be changed once per week. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
