Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. To guarantee the reservation a security deposit of 200 USD must be paid by bank transfer or PayPal within 24 hours of booking. Once the reservation is made the establishment will contact the guest to provide the necessary information. This security deposit will be refunded 3-5 business days after check out. Guests must send in advance or show at the time of their arrival a valid identity document of all persons authorized to make use of the apartment. The payment of the stay can be made at the time of check in with credit card or cash according to the reservation policies.
