Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 150 USD + 12.5% tax per stay will be charged separately by the host. Up to two (2) well-behaved cats or dogs are permitted per booking. Only one (1) car-sized driveway parking spot is available. One (1) car-sized or smaller vehicle permitted per booking.
