Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for AED 100 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Fitness centre is closed from Sun 16 Jun 2024 until Sat 31 Aug 2024 A damage deposit of AED 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that for on-the-Day reservations, allow us to prepare for at least 2–3 hours to collect all the requirements we need and to arrange the meet and greet with one of our friendly Guest Relations Officers. Lastly, please note that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to adhere will result to forfeiture of the full security deposit. Additionally, there is a charge of AED 500 from your security deposit for each lost access card or set of keys. The pool area and Jacuzzi are scheduled for temporary closure from May 20 to September 30, 2024.
