You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A security deposit of EUR 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable 48 hours after check-out and is subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please note that the number of rooms that will be open is based on the amount of guests registered for the reservation. Please note that late check-in carries the following charges: - From 20:30 until 22:00 - EUR 30 - From 22:00 until 00:00 - EUR 50 - From 00:00 until 01:30 - EUR 80 Please note that the swimming pool can be heated on request for a surcharge of EUR 280 per week. Please, contact the property to request this service at least 1 week prior to your arrival in order to guarantee the correct temperature.
