Located in the small city of Smiltene, Meteorits takes its name from a meteorite crater located a 5-minute walk away. It offers rooms with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Free private parking is available. The rooms of the Meteorits have a classic interior design and basic amenities. All are heated and have a private bathroom with a shower. It also offers a Norwegian style cottage with self-catering facilities. The Meteorits has a pond on site. There are skiing possibilities in the Winter. In the Summer guests can go cycling. A sauna is available, as is a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. The guest house is in a quiet, remote area, away from the rush of big cities. The nearest city is Valmiera, 35 km away. The nearest bus station is a 7 minute walk away.
