On-site parking is limited and is on a first come, first serve basis. Off-street parking is available and is free from 18:00 until 08:00 (next day). Guests who are expecting visitors during their stay are required to inform the property staff/management in advance and make sure the visitors leave by 22:00. Guests are asked to park in BFS bays from 18:00 until 08:00 only. For any other times please contact us for more information. A surcharge of GBP 10 applies for early check in and late check out. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property and must be paid in advance. Please note that during the weekend the lead guest has to be 25 years or older. Weekend leisure bookings wil be asked to pay £250 damage deposit.
