Children ages 1 and older are allowed. Children from 1 year old to 3 years old stay for CAD 25 per person per stay when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of CAD 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The number of occupants allowed in the apartment is limited to two (2) people per bed. The number of guests allowed in the apartment is equivalent to twice the number of authorized occupants in the apartment, as previously determined. (1 bedroom unit: 2 guests + 2 visitors until 11 PM / 2 bedroom unit: 4 guests + 4 visitors until 11 PM) Illegal drugs and smoking are not permitted in the unit. We have security on-site and cameras in common areas to ensure compliance with these rules. Failure to comply with these rules could result in expulsion and also we may retain the security deposit. Kindly note that at the end of the free cancellation period you will receive a secure payment link in order to authenticate and pay for your reservation. Online check-in requires a valid government-issued ID, a selfie with the ID, and a pre-authorized security deposit to be completed before check-in. The $300 CAD security deposit will be processed within 48 hours of your check-in and released 48 hours after departure date, subject to a damage inspection. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the full amount to appear on your statement. Any financial claim will only be considered within a maximum period of 15 days from the client's departure date.
