The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 carries the following extra charges: From 22:00 to 00:00 GBP 30; From 00:00 to 07:00 GBP 50. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
