This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Please inform Architectural Delight On Lonsdale in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The booking person is required to complete a pre-arrival form within 48 hours of the confirmed booking. The pre-arrival form needs to be completed with a photo of a valid photo identification and a real time selfie. A photo of the credit card needs to be submitted when requested. Please note that all bookings will be subject to an additional credit card fee of 1.7% over the total amount. Upon booking, a 10% deposit of the full amount will be charged. This deposit is fully refundable up to 7 days prior to check-in
