This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to USD 300 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. If you would like to add a pet to your reservation the host must approve it prior to booking and flat rate of $99 will be applied. If a guest doesn't get prior authorization for a pet a $250 per pet + plus the $99 fee will be applied. If a service animal is added to the reservation, documention must be submitted. POOL- If you would like the pool or Jacuzzi heated during your stay it's an additional $75 a day. Also let me know prior 24 hours so that we can heat up the pool. Note: The paint is lifting in the pool and its discolored, it will be repainted late summer. The pool is still fully functional and the daily rate has been reduced. Pool Quiet Hours 10pm-9am PARKING- 3 Vehicle Maximum. 2 cars can fit in the driveway. 1 car can be parked on the street (free parking) About Host- Host is living at the property itself.
