Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for AED 160 per person per stay when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Downtown Dubai - CityApartmentStay in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AED 2000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Check-In & Identification: Further details about check-in will be provided after all the requested documents are received and the damage deposit is paid. Guests must submit identification such as valid passport before arrival. The credit card (showing only the last 4 digits + cardholder name) used for booking must be presented for verification in advance. Payment: For reservations valued over AED 3,200, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as a credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes. Damage Deposit Guests must pay a damage deposit of 2000 AED prior to check-in. This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times. House Rules & Restrictions: Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking inside (smoking on the balcony is allowed). Violations and disturbances result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages. Additional Amenities: Advance notification is required for baby cots or high chairs (subject to availability and additional charges). If guests require parking, they are advised to contact the property in advance to get parking access.
