This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Monopoly house - Families only! in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 250 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Prior to arrival, the property will send a form to the guests, where the identification details must be provided as well as the check-in time. Please note that late check-in, after 21:00 is possible upon confirmation and has an extra fee of EUR 40. If guests arrive later than what has been agreed with the property, or if they request to reschedule the meeting time on the same day they are checking in, an additional cost of EUR 20 might be applied. Guests will have to pay the city tax before arrival via a payment link we will send. Guests will be required to sign a Noise Policy Agreement.
