Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Piscina #1 is closed from Sun 15 Sept 2024 until Sun 15 Jun 2025 Piscina #1 is closed from Mon 15 Sept 2025 until Fri 15 May 2026 If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 300 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. The check in time is as follows: - From 12:00 to 20:00 hours. Exceptions: - Between 12:00 and 16:00 there is a possibility that the house will not be ready because guests could leave that same day. In this case, a normal check-in will take place: delivery of keys, delivery of luggage, even change of clothes, but then you have to leave the accommodation until it ends, maximum 4:00 p.m., but as soon as it is ready we will notify you. - From 20:00 to 00:00 a supplement of €30 must be paid in cash upon arrival. - From 00:00 to 1:00 a supplement of €50 must be paid in cash at the time of entry. - We do not receive after 1:00 - Depending on the circumstances, it is possible to enter before 12 noon. Please ask. - Check out time is 11 am. PLEASE NOTE: The swimming pool will be open only from June 15th until September 15th due to seasonal changes.
