You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. When booking, you will receive a registration form and a link to make the deposit. If you are unable to do so via this link, your bank details will be requested upon arrival. Please note the following extra charges: - Check-in between 21h and midnight: 22 € - Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44 € - Check-out between 6 am and 8 am: 20 € - Check-in and Check-out on public holidays: 10 € Both supplements are cumulative. All fees are payable in cash to the concierge upon arrival. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the accommodation.
