Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. "Bed linen is not included in the basic price of your stay. You can either bring your own (sheets and towels), or rent some on site. Pillows and blankets are provided. Please note that the proeperty must be left clean on departure. An end-of-stay cleaning package is available on request."
