Children of any age are allowed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Pristine Properties Vacation Rentals, LLC will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in. Please note the primary guest must stay in the unit for the duration of the reservation. After booking, guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property management company electronically?. If guests do not receive the agreement, please contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
