A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The card used at the time of booking as well as the cardholder, must be present at the time of check-in. The number of guests attending must be stated in the reservation and for extra guests, there is a EUR 40 fee per person, per night. Children under 5 years old can stay for free. Please note that guests have to contact the property at least 24 hours prior to arrival to arrange check-in.
