This family-run guest house is located in the fishing village of Gager, on the island of Rügen. Pension Fröhlich offers free Wi-Fi and a traditional thatched roof. Some rooms have a terrace overlooking the Mönchgut Peninsula and the Baltic Sea. A rich breakfast buffet is served each morning in the elegant brickwork breakfast room or on the terrace. The garden at Pension Fröhlich features a sunbathing lawn, barbecue area, table tennis table and small children’s playground. The in-house sauna is free on Mondays and Tuesdays. Guests at Pension Fröhlich can hire boats and bicycles for exploring the Rügen Biosphere Reserve. It offers free parking and is a 50-minute drive from Sassnitz Harbour.
