Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 31 Aug 2024 until Mon 30 Jun 2025 Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sun 31 Aug 2025 until Tue 30 Jun 2026 A damage deposit of EUR 900 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The supply of bedlinens is mandatory for all bedding for hygienic reasons. We prepare 1 bed for 2 persons. If you need 2 beds for 2 people, for example, please let us know. Bed linen will be charged at 35 euros per additional bed.
