This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival.
