Please inform Pinhal da Coutada in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the access to the property is done through an unpaved road of almost 2 km length. Guests with a 1-night stay are charged 100% of the total amount on day of booking through bank transfer. Please note that for reservations of 8 people, 4 rooms will be available; for reservations of 9 or 10 people, 5 rooms will be available and for reservations of 11 or 12 people, 6 rooms will be available.
