Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, the maximum occupancy of 8 guests includes adults and children. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check in. Payment before arrival via PayPal is permitted. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Prior approval with a designated time is required for late check out. Late check out is subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that guests must sign a rental agreement.
