NO SMOKING, VAPING inside of the premises, or anywhere near the entrance to the apartment, additional $300 charge if the rule is not followed. It is a small apartment and if the smell gets inside it is very difficult for us to get the smell out before the arrival of the next guest. 2. Only guests approved for booking are allowed to stay, NO ONE ELSE. Additional $200 charge if the rule is not followed. No visitors, please. 3. Food deliveries: Please come outside to collect your food deliveries or ask them to be delivered to the basement. We have had deliveries come to our front door and ring the bell at odd hours of the night. 4. Sunday to Thursday quiet time after 9 PM. On Friday and Saturday nights quiet, time after 11 PM. 5. Ensure the apartment lights of the apartment including the washroom are switched off, faucets are closed properly, and not left dripping when away. 6. Turn the washroom lights/fan off when not in use, especially at night. 7. Kindly Park your car near the white gate, ensuring adequate space for us to park our car behind yours. 8. The switchboard is located downstairs. If there is an emergency because of an electrical outage we may have to access the switchboard. 9. Please keep the entrance door closed AT ALL TIMES. Keeping the door open to have a smoke at the entrance allows the smoke to get inside. In the summer an open door lets the flies in. Guests check in at 3 pm and we have had instances where guests have left the place smelling of marijuana and full of flies. Needless to say, it puts us in a very difficult position to have the place smoke-free and insect free, for the next guest in time. 10. Parties not allowed. Enjoy your stay! Managed by a private host
