Situated in the Provencal hills is a 70-minute drive to Nice, Résidence Le Bellevue is 400 metres from the centre of Utelle. It features an outdoor swimming pool and self-catering apartments with views of the village and mountains. All of the apartments at Résidence Le Bellevue have a private entrance, satellite TV and a dining area. The kitchenettes are equipped with a microwave, kitchenware and a fridge. All apartments have a private bathroom with bathtub. Breakfast is available at Résidence Le Bellevue. Guests can also sample traditional, local dishes in the on-site restaurant. Popular outdoor activities in the area include hiking and mountain biking. Canoeing is possible on the Vésubie River, which is a 15-minute drive from the apartments. Mercantour National Park is a 40-minute drive from Résidence Le Bellevue. Free public parking is possible on site.
