Exterieur + bassin enfant is closed from Mon 30 Sept 2024 until Thu 01 May 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Reception opening hours: Monday to Friday: 09:30-12:00, 14:30-18:00 Saturday (in July and August only): 09:00-12:30, 14:30-18:30 If you plan to arrive outside these hours, please notify the property in advance. Handover of keys is available from 16:00 on the check-in date. The swimming pool is open from May to September. Exact dates depend on weather conditions. Please contact the property directly for more information. Guests must leave the apartment clean on departure. If any cleaning is required, additional cleaning fees will be charged to the credit card provided. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Bed linen is available at the property for a cost of EUR 15 for a double bed and EUR 12 for a single bed, per stay. Towel rental is available at the property for a cost of EUR 6 per person per stay. Pets must not disturb other guests, and require a supplement of EUR 35 per stay.
