This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Check-in – Between 04p.m. and 08pm.; before 04pm only if it´s possible and an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied; late check-in between 08pm and 12am an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied; after 12am an extra fee of EUR 50 will be applied. Check-out – Between 08am and 11am; after 11am only if it´s possible and an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied; early check-out between 12am and 06am an extra fee of EUR 50 will be applied, between 06am and 08 am an extra fee of EUR 30 will be applied. The Cascais / Lisbon City Hall charges 2 € per night of stay for each person from 13 years old with a maximum of 14 € per person. This tax has to be paid in cash on the check-in. Baby equipment (highchair, cot, bathtub) is available at a cost of EUR5 per day, per set. Transfer to and from the airport is available, at an extra fee.
