Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform LuxHome Suites in Mansion in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. There is an additional charge of $10 per hour for use of the waterslide. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of $100 per pet, per stay applies. Please note that in order to use the hot tub, the request should be made 1 day in advance. Also note, that there is a extra charge of $50 per hour to use the hot tub. Laundry fee is $10 per load, including washing, drying and detergent. Laundry hours are 10Am - 7Pm subject to availability. Early check-in/late check-out fee is $50 per hour for suites and apartments, $20 per hour for rooms.
