Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 15 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for ZAR 150 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Rest-a-While Guest House - Pretoria in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of ZAR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Unfortunately, Rest-a-While is unable to accommodate bookings for stag/hen parties or school leavers ('Matric Rage').  Any such bookings will be cancelled, with no refund given. The hotel apologises for any inconvenience. Please note that there are dogs on the premises.
