Foreign guests need to provide a passport with a visa and migration card. Guests are kindly asked to present a bank card used for booking upon check-in. The guest who made the booking must be the holder of the bank card. In case a card is not presented, prepayment will be returned and a different payment method will be required. Please note when checking-in with a pet, an original veterinary passport is required. Please note that the maximum weight of the pet is 8 kg.
