Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. ✓ Please also note carefully we do not allow or accept guests packages and mail of any type in our homes. ✓ Please note full payment is due at time of the booking. ✓ Please note 25 is the minimum age required to rent D. Alexander homes. ✓ Please note you are required to sign a rental agreement directly with us regardless of the channel you booked with. D. Alexander also requires 2 step ID verification to complete your reservation before check-in. ✓ Vacation isn’t complete without your furry friends! Pets are allowed at a $150 per stay fee for the first pet and $50 per stay for each additional pet (no weight restriction). This fee must be paid prior to arrival and we will provide instructions how to book.
