Children of any age are allowed. Children from 1 year old to 2 years old stay for THB 500 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 6 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 7 years old to 15 years old stay for THB 500 per person per night when using an existing bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Pelican Luxury Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of THB 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. These 3 apartments are managed by a private host. For 3 nights stay, there is no daily cleaning available and no cleaning service available. For 4 - 6 nights stay, we will clean one time during the stay. Weekly stay is 2 times cleaning within the week. There are no laundry services available at the property, guests can use the local laundry services in the Klong Muang area. Iron facility provided in all rooms. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. We provide a 24 hours call if guests are needed.
