Children older than 6 years are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 3. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Silvercraigs in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that a key deposit of GBP 10 required upon arrival. This is refundable after the safe return of the keys. Check in after 22:00 is available by prior arrangement. Unfortunately the property can only accept children 6 years and older as it does not have appropriate facilities for younger children. The property is accessed via 9 steps up to the entrance. The property has a lift, however, it cannot accommodate wheelchairs, therefore this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment. Please note that the lift is normally switched off at 23:00 each evening to ensure a quiet night for all guests. Guests are requested to complete a brief review form on or before check-out. Smoking is only allowed in the open air areas outside the front entrance. Silvercraigs operates mainly as a guest house, but on site breakfast is usually available during the TT and CTT races.
