Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. There is no reception on site. We operate self check-in and have a call centre available 24/7. We clean before and after your stay. In the meantime, this is your home. Take care of it. We do not change towels or sheets during your stay, unless your stay exceeds 5 nights. You can request additional cleaning for an additional fee (18-54€ depending on the type of flat). This is a non-smoking accommodation. Parties/events are not permitted. Guests should avoid making noise between 23:00 and 07:00. Pets are not allowed in the property. There is no lift in this building. Therefore, we will not be able to accept persons with reduced mobility.
