Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. No extra beds are available. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that all guests must be 30 years and older except for children under 16 who are accompanied by a guardian. Guests are required to provide a copy of their passport or drivers licence prior to arrival for verification. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay and will be charged for it if necessary. The properties operate a strict no visitors policy and guests are not allowed to exceed the maximum occupancy at any time during their stay.
