You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. HOUSE RULES: - Parties, events, and social functions are strictly prohibited in the apartment. - Illegal activities, drugs, and any kind of commotion are not allowed on the property. - No undeclared guests are allowed. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. - Do not leave the place excessively dirty. - Please do not lose the keys or take them with you when you leave. - Unauthorized bringing of pets is subject to a penalty. In the event that any of the rules are not followed, there will be a corresponding fee to cover any necessary repairs, additional cleaning, and disturbances.
