Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CAD 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Only guests on the reservation are allowed on the property. The upstairs loft is a half story floor with a king bed. It is not enclosed by railings and overlooks the living room. Access is via the library ladder, through the exposed beams. Not recommended for people with low mobility or children. We have a doorbell camera for your added safety and security.
