Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 0 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 0 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 1 year old to 17 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there are paid parking possibilities in the direct surroundings of the property. Guests can request a parking permit for the time limit of their stay. The extra costs for this are EUR 6 per day. It's also possible to park your car free of charge in a residential area behind the eastern part of the Boulevard. When guests arrive at the property, they receive an overview map of parking possibilities. Please note that the studio can accommodate up to 4 persons (2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults). When guests want to stay at the accommodation with 4 adults, an extra bed can be placed in the room upon request. Managed by a private host
