Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is no reception desk at this property. The property will contact guests with a contract prior to arrival. Guests are required to complete the security verification prior to arrival. Guests are also required to show a photo identification and credit card prior to receiving check-in information. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the check-in and key-collection will be done in person by one of the property's team at a time agreed in advance, unless alternative check-in arrangements are agreed upon. Mid-stay cleaning and fresh linen is required for stays of more than 7 nights at an additional cost of GBP 15 per hour + GBP 10 per guest. Early and late check-in is subject to availability. A charge of GBP 50 applies before 15:00 and after 20:00. Late check-out is subject to availability for a charge of GBP 50. In case of a third-party booking, the property requests a signed declaration by the cardholder with a copy of ID and credit card used for the booking, in order to authorize another person to check-in on their behalf.
